The Little Mill Inn is an iconic country pub and B&B serving superb locally sourced food in the heart of the Peak District, we are close to Kinder Scout and The Pennine Way, with many walking and cycling/mountain biking routes straight from our door.

Mon to Thurs 12pm – 6pm
Fri & Sat 12pm – 8pm
Sun – 12pm – 6pm
Peak Burger @ The Little Mill is back this weekend, if you don’t fancy sitting outside or the weather is inclement you can still enjoy our amazing handmade burgers at home. We are not taking telephone orders, just turn up (maybe have a drink) and we will cook fresh for you whilst you wait.

So what are the rules after lockdown ?
We are open ! you can sit outdoors and drink or dine with table service. We are not taking bookings to drink or dine, availability will be on a first come, first served basis. We will review how this works after the first week.
The Rule of Six is being brought back, which means six people will be able to sit together or if two households come together you can meet with no cap on your group size. We will be launching a new compact menu that will suit outdoor dining
From May 17th, you will be able to sit inside (or outside) to drink or dine with table service, The Rule of Six will still apply, which means six people will be able to sit together or if two households come together you can meet with no cap on your group size. We will be launching a full new menu with a few old favourites and new dishes aplenty. We are delighted that our deluxe B&B accommodation will also re open on the May 17th.

Food provenance: knowing where food was grown, caught, raised and sustainability, knowing how food was produced, knowing how food was transported.
We’re proud of everything that goes into our delicious, homemade dishes. Wherever we can, we look to source our ingredients locally and are proud to support British food and farming. For example our meats are either from local Rowarth farmers or Mac Burnham, a local award winning family butcher. Our team of young and talented chefs are also constantly on the lookout for fresh and tasty seasonal produce to create exciting (ever changing) new dishes for you. Most herbs and a selection of our vegetables are grown by our chefs in our own organic kitchen garden.
Our five bright and modern B&B rooms have everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. All rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV, tea & coffee making facilities, bed linen, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is included in the price of each room.
