Around the inn
Whichever way you stay, the grounds come with it: two acres of riverside garden along Rowarth Brook, the 35-foot waterwheel, and tables under the trees when the sun is out.
An adventure playground for the children, dogs welcome throughout, and the Peak District footpaths starting at the gate.
Glamping in the gardens
Two shepherd's huts tucked into the gardens, beautiful inside and out. Each has a proper double bed under a curved pine ceiling, an electric log burner, a 4K Smart TV, a little kitchenette and a walk-in en-suite shower. Breakfast is available next door at the inn.
