Accommodation

We have five deluxe B&B rooms, a shepherds hut and a self catering apartment.

The Balcony Room has a choice of super king or twin bed setup with en suite and large balcony overlooking Rowarth brook and the waterwheel, with table and chairs. Max two persons.
King Room this spacious room has a king size bed, en suite and views of Rowarth brook and the waterwheel. Max two persons.
Family Room with Sofa Bed sleeps 4 with a choice of super king or twin bed set up and double sofa bed, large en suite and disability access. Max four persons
Deluxe Family Suite overlooks our beer garden and fields, it has a super king bed and an adjoining room/area (no door) with a double bed and an en suite. Max four persons.                                         Double Room is comfortable, has a double bed and en suite.     Max two persons.                                                                                                Self Catering Apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, including fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, all kitchen pans, crockery, and utensils etc. Features include an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area with a double sofa bed, one double bedroom with super king or twin bed set up and a single bed, dressing table and wardrobe etc and a family bathroom with shower. Max five persons.

Breakfast is included in the price of all rooms (except the apartment).                                                                                                      All rooms include, flat screen TV, tea & coffee making facilities, bed linen and towels. Well behaved dogs are welcome at a single charge of £15 per dog, per stay

All rooms have walk in showers, we do not have any baths.                  Cots available upon request, please bring your own bedding.
